Just taken my 9 year old round Roundhay for 9 holes, his first ever. Its one of the best 9 holes anywhere in the UK. A bit long, but worth the trek.
Its got a bit of everything.
I particularly love the green here. Testing, without being overly so.
As this was my lads 1st ever time on a course (a years lessons before hand), I thought it would be nice to not score, just give him pointers on etiquette that a lot of pro's miss.
We love it here & will be back a few times over the holidays.

I have been playing at this course since i first started. Now 2 years on i believe this course is a fantastic opportunity for any new beginners or regular golfers. It is kept well and is set out well.

I play at this course on a regular basis, it is a well kept course and not many hills which is always a bonus when you're on the large size. I can manage now after years of practice to keep my score around 100 .A+
