Established in 1922, four miles from Leeds City centre, Roundhay Golf Club offers a fine course to test golfers of all abilities.
We are now in our 90th year and the club is still as as popular as ever.
The golf course is set in mature parkland and has many natural hazzards scattered across it, providing a sound test of golf to all players. It is, on the whole, easy walking and has particularly interesting and testing holes.
We are adjacent to the world famous Roundhay Park and have enviable views of the top lake, fountains and The Mansion.
We are also close to many amenities such as the famous Tropical World, cosmopolitan Street Lane with its many restaurants and shops as well as Headingley, home of Yorkshire cricket and The Leeds Rhinos.
Roundhay is a 9 hole course totalling 5250 yards over 18 holes and boasts some Alister MacKenzie style two tier greens which are always in superb condition.
The course is great for beginners and the more experienced player alike.
The 9th, our signature hole, is a drive through two copses of trees, a good test for any golfer to finish with and par is a good score.
Roundhay is a pay and play course and welcomes visitors, all of whom will receive a warm welcome in the clubhouse where keenly priced refreshments are available 7 days a week.
